During a standard 60 minute session, you lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. I’ll use a combination of light touch, non-contact techniques and sometimes vocal sounds to encourage your nervous system to unwind, release stress and naturally reorganize itself.

No, physical movement is not required. Actually, dramatic movements are not as common as most people think. Every nervous system processes tension differently. Some clients process deeply on an internal level while remaining perfectly still and they receive the same exact therapeutic depth.

Experiences vary WIDELY by individual. You may feel temperature shifts, buzzing or tingling sensations, mild muscle twitches, a wave of emotional release, a feeling of floating or a profound meditative state of deep, peaceful relaxation. You may also experience sudden yawning and deep sighing, as well as seeing vivid colors or imagery behind closed eyes. In some cases, wave-like spinal movements and or shaking/tremors may be displayed.

While shifts can happen in a single session, it is generally recommended to commit to at least 5 sessions, no further than 2 weeks apart. {I offer packages of 5 sessions at a reduced rate to help facilitate affordability.} This gives the mind-body connection time to strengthen and properly integrate the work. Retraining an autopilot nervous system that has been stuck in survival mode for years or even decades requires consistency. The effects often compound, building on each other session after session. Your results also depend on what you’re addressing, your overall health and how your body responds to energy work. Don’t expect miracles overnight, but don’t be surprised if something shifts after just one session.
