I received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, NJ.

After leaving a long career in dental hygiene, biofield energy work found me. After experiencing the profound effect it had on my life, I feverishly began to pursue as much knowledge in this area as I possibly could. When my passion for this work began, I started training and have been training ever since.

I’ve trained with and continue to train with Dr. Sarah Jane Perri and Dr. John Amaral. Dr. Sarah Jane Perri is a chiropractor based in Melbourne, Australia, energy practitioner and developer of Spinal Energetics. Dr. John Amaral is a chiropractor based in Los Angeles, CA, energy practitioner and developer of Somatic Energy. I received my Usui Reiki certifications through the American Occupational Therapy Association and my Holy Fire Reiki certifications through the International Center for Reiki Training.

I’m deeply committed to making this an ongoing part of my life and hope that I can help others along the way.

During my free time, I love getting together with my amazing and sometimes crazy fun-loving family and friends. When I have the opportunity, I also love to travel and hike, and depending on where I am, collect rocks or shells. Lol!

One day, I’ll get back to climbing mountains!
